This second DVD of the ongoing Kids’ WB! series contains episodes #5-8 (“Champions”, “Fear Factory”, “Brain Drain”, and “Lightning Storm”).  Overall, it shows the series still in the character introduction phase, particularly in the case of Lightning Lad, Phantom Girl, Brainiac 5, and Bouncing Boy.  While sometime this helps, especially in the episode “Champions”, it can also get silly, such as “Fear Factory”.
