Analysis Notes

General Only the panels featuring Inferno are dealt with here (5:2, 9:1-2, 11:1, 20:1-2, 23:2, and 27).  Only characters with whom she directly interacts are tracked.
Cover Inferno is on the right side, beneath Superboy’s arm.
3 The title (“MUBAR”) would usually be spelled as “FUBAR”, which traditionally means “Fucked Up Beyond All Recognition,” but the more polite variation — “Fouled Up…” — should have been sufficient to allow “FUBAR” as the title instead.
5:2 Inferno is seated at the picnic table, talking to (or being hit on) by Damage.
Also seen are Anima (carrying a tray), Blockade, and Blindside (with football); Stars, Sparx, and Jayna; CM3, Terra, and Hardrock; Snapper Carr, White Lotus, Houston, Allure, and Pyrogen; Temper, Kid Devil, Omni, and Blank Slate; Solution and Aura; The Loser, Sweet Sixteen, Zan, Risk, and Lagoon Boy; Secret, Short Cut, Pyrogen, and Spoiler; and J.J. Thunder and Brahma.
9:1 Seen here are Superboy and Ray (flying); Brahma; Damage and Inferno; CM3, The Solution, Houston, and Allure; Jayna, Stars, Zan, Anima, Short Cut, and Sparx; The Loser, Spoiler, Outburst (behind Ray), and Risk; and Arrowette.  (Note that Arrowette here is the mother of the former Young Justice member, disguised as her daughter.)
9:2 Here we have Zan, Anima, Damage, The Loser, Sweet Sixteen, Pyrogen, and Risk’s shoulder, plus an unidentified pair of feet, CM3, Inferno, and Sparx.
11:1 Shown here are Terra, Risk, Blockade, The Solution, Aura, Lagoon Boy, The Loser, Inferno, the back of Houston’s head, Wonder Girl, Brahma, CM3, the back of J.J. Thunder’s head, Gray Lady, Blindside, Sparx, Outburst, Superboy, Arrowette, and Snapper Carr.
20:1 In the air are Superboy, Aura, Secret, Stars, Ray, Wonder Girl, Sparx, Gray Lady, CM3, Inferno, and Outburst.  On the ground are Risk, Blindside, Allure, The Loser, Anima, Sweet Sixteen, Robin, Impulse, Temper, Hardrock, Spoiler, Pyrogen, and Lagoon Boy.
20:2 J.J. Thunder, Kid Devil, The Solution, Damage, Empress, Jayna, Li’l Lobo, Zan, Snake Girl, Inferno, Serpenteen, and Blockade.
Don’t think that Inferno’s comment is entirely in jest.  In her first appearance, she apparently did kill someone by burning him to death.
23:3 Blank Slate and Risk are fighting swamp men.  Robin is battling < >.  And Inferno is up against Heatstroke from the Masters of Disaster.
Heatstroke’s last appearance was apparently in Aztek: The Ultimate Man #7, where she and Coldsnap were fused into one being.  They apparently got better, since they are seen separately here.
27
For the Heroes… In the air: Sparx, Ray, Robin, Spoiler, Stars, and Inferno.  On the ground: The Loser, Aura, Hardrock, Superboy, CM3, Sweet Sixteen, Short Cut, Li’l Lobo, Houston, Serpenteen, Blindside, Temper, Brahma, Kid Devil, Damage, and Blockade.  I’m not even going to bother with the Villains, since so many of them are minor ones (read: I can’t identify them) and are only seen from the back (if not just by a hand or a foot).  Inferno doesn’t seem to be attacking any specific foe.
